Warranty

Skargart autonomous diesel heaters and spare parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of sale. It covers faults caused by the manufacturer, provided the installation and operating instructions have been followed.

The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, poor-quality fuel, mechanical damage or unauthorised modification.

Returning an item in good condition

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, not counting the day of purchase, under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Conditions: the item has not been used, its appearance, completeness, seals and original packaging are intact, and you have proof of purchase.

A heater that has already been fitted to a vehicle, and consumable parts showing signs of use — glow plugs, gaskets, fuel lines — cannot be returned as goods in good condition.

If the item is faulty

If a fault appears within the warranty period, write to us and we will arrange diagnostics. Depending on the outcome, the item is repaired free of charge, replaced with an equivalent, or refunded.

Documents you will need

  • proof of purchase — receipt, delivery note or handover certificate;
  • the warranty card, if one was issued;
  • an identity document;
  • your card account details, if payment was made by card.

Send the item by Nova Poshta to: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Vyshneve, Promyslova St. 10. Please do not send purchases directly to the manufacturer.

Return postage for items in good condition is paid by the buyer. If the return is due to a fault or an error in the order, we cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will let you know the decision. If approved, the refund is issued through the same method used for payment.

If the money has not arrived within the period stated by your bank, check your account statement first, then contact the bank — crediting can take several working days. If the question remains after that, write to us at [email protected].
